What is Bid Low 2 Buy™? (Also known as BL2B)
Bid Low 2 Buy™ is a Reverse Auction website where your favourite products are sold for next to nothing. It's a new auction concept where your goal is to become the lowest unique bidder by the end of the auction instead of being the highest bidder. It's new, it's fun, it's exciting and something you have to see to believe!

The Concept
The idea behind the auction is to secure unique bids in order to locate the lowest of all the unique bids when the auction clock counts down to 0:00:00 — The lowest unique bidder wins the auction and may purchase the product for that bid price.

What is a unique bid? (Also known as the LUB)
A unique bid is a bid that has only been submitted one time by one BL2B member

How do the Bid Low 2 Buy auctions work?
This auction concept is the complete opposite of standard online auctions (EBay for example). In standard auctions your goal is to be the highest unique bidder at the end of the auction. At BL2B, the goal is to be the lowest unique bidder at the end of the auction. A product is put up for auction for several days. In that time, bidders start submitting bids as the clock counts down 0:00:00. The BL2B member who has the lowest unique bid by 0:00:00 is the winner of the auction. The winning bid is now the sales price of the item.

What are bid packages and why do I need them?
Bids are sold in bulk packages. The bid value depends on which package you decide to buy. A bid's value can range anywhere from .99 cents to .40 cents. The bid's value has nothing to do with the auctions themselves. A bid is a bid when using them to bid on the products. The value of the bid only matters when you decide how active you wish to be on the site. If you enjoy our site and plan on participating in several auctions, then purchasing a higher amount of bids is cheaper for you in the long run. Bids never expire and may be used at anytime. For example, if you decide to purchase a Gold Package with 100 bids, not only is your shipping included if you win, but you can use your bids in multiple auctions. When you run out of bids, simply purchase another package.

Money Back Offer
If you are not satisfied with our website, we would like to offer your Money Back on the first purchase you make within the first 7 days of your registration. Should you decide to cancel your account within 7 days of your registration date, you will be refunded for the amount of your first purchase. A refund will be issued within 15 days of the date you close your account. All purchases are non refundable once your 7 day trial has expired. This offer does not apply to Gold or Platinum Packages. Our goal is to allow you to try our system without risk. We offer ways for you to earn free bids, receive promotional bids and if you do decide to purchase, you can receive a refund for your first purchase on any of the following bid packages within your 7 day trial period (Starter, Bronze and Silver). If you have any questions about how the auctions work, we suggest that you contact our customer service department via email or phone for assistance, before you decide to purchase.

Maximum Bid Auctions
Some auctions may have set bid limits per auction. The bid limit may vary based on the product up for auction. For example: "You may place a maximum of 100 bids in this auction" is the message displayed in the pop up window after each bid you submit. Check your Bid History which keeps track of how many bids you have placed in each auction.

Maximum Wins
A Bid Low 2 Buy™ member may purchase a maximum of three products (win a maximum of three auctions) within any 30 day period. Once the member has won and/ or purchased three products, they may not participate in any auction, nor can they transfer bids to their BL2B friends until 30 days have elapsed from the date of their first product purchase. (The first auction they won). They may resume activity on the Bid Low 2 Buy site on the 31st day from the date of their first win.
IE: If you win your first auction on October 25th and your 2nd auction on November 4th, and your 3rd auction on November 15th, you may resume activity on November 26th. You may not transfer bids to friends between November 15th and November 25th. Transferring bids during this time may result in account lockout and / or a loss of bids.

Locked Accounts
Bid Low 2 Buy™ allows one account per person. If you win an auction with more than one BL2B account and you used free bids from promotions in multiple accounts, your bids will become null and void. Bid Low 2 Buy reserves the right to lock accounts of any member(s) at its own discretion and without warning. If the member has bids in their account at the time the account is locked, the member may receive a refund in the amount of the value of each bid multiplied by each bid in the account. Any promotional or free bids given to the account will be deducted from the calculation. Please Note: All accounts are audited regularly and all winning members are audited before the product is released. You may not purchase the product or receive a refund if your account is believed to have suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, incomplete registrations, and /or signs of collusion or fraudulent activity. Your account will be locked out indefinitely.

Why Would My Account Be Locked Out?
Periodically, the accounts and activity of our members are reviewed by our Security Department so that we may monitor any and all questionable activity. *Per the Terms and Conditions, Bid Low 2 Buy™ reserves the right to limit access to accounts reported to be involved in suspicious activity. These accounts will remain suspended until further notice. Unfortunately, our internal risk control procedures are confidential and therefore cannot be discussed.

Your account would be suspended or permanently locked out for the following reasons.

• You have opened multiple accounts
• Your registration was incomplete
• Your registration information is suspicious
• Your information links between two or more accounts
• You are engaged in suspicious auction activity
• You are colluding with one or more members to win the auction
• You are using multiple accounts to exceed the maximum bid restrictions
• You have charged back a purchase
• You are abusing BL2B promotions
• You are harassing our staff with abusive emails and / or phone calls

What Are Some Examples of "Collusion" or "Suspicious" Activity

• You may not team up with one or more BL2B members to strategically place your bids together
• After you have won three auctions, you may not transfer the bids in your account to another member until you are eligible to begin bidding again. (Review Maximum Wins)
• A maximum of 100 bids per auction per household is permitted.

These are only a few examples of what might classify as "Collusion or Suspicious Activity". Every auction is audited thoroughly to ensure fair play amongst all of the members. If two or more members are colluding together to win an auction, the rest of our members are certainly at a disadvantage. Our goal is to ensure that each auction is conducted fairly and honorably. If collusion is suspected in any auction, the members involved will be warned one time only. Should they once again fail to abide by the BL2B terms and conditions, their accounts will be locked permanently.

A complete review of the auction will be conducted by the Security and Risk Department and an alternate winner will be selected. That person will then be contacted to purchase the product for the cost of their winning bid.

Return Policy
All of our products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any problems with your product you will need to contact the manufacturer directly and they will help you resolve the issue. Bid Low 2 Buy™ can assist you by helping you find the appropriate number to call. If you would like to return your item to Bid Low 2 Buy™, simply ship the item back to our head office and we will give you a full refund for your purchase and credit your account with the bids you used to participate in the auction. Cost of shipping is not refunded in either direction.

Shipping
Once an auction has ended, Bid Low 2 Buy™ will process the order. Shipping arrangements will be made promptly within 15 days once the payment for the product has been confirmed. We work with a variety of shipping companies relative to the product, so you can expect to receive your product within 30 days of your payment. Shipping rates are standard and they are not inflated. We offer 3 fixed shipping rates, $15.00 for small products, $25.00 for medium products, $65.00 for large products. These rates are indicated on each auction so that you are aware of this charge before you win.

Delayed Shipping
Bid Low 2 Buy™ cannot guarantee nor can we be held responsible for our suppliers' failure to deliver the items won on the auction within the time stated. If an item is not delivered because the goods are currently out of stock or similar circumstances that Bid Low 2 Buy™ has no control over, then Bid Low 2 Buy™ reserves the right to contact the buyer in order to arrange the delivery of a similar product. In this case the delivery time will be greater than 30 days. In no circumstances can the item be exchanged for cash. We will credit the bidder the bids he/she used in the auction and we will also credit the purchase amount made to purchase the item should he/she decide not to wait for the out of stock product.

Winning the Auction
You are the winner of the auction if you are the lowest unique bidder when the clock counts down to 0:00:00. We will send you notification via email within 5 minutes of the close of the auction to notify you if you won or lost the auction. If you win the auction, the email will prompt you to make the payment for the product. Once you purchase the product, your profile will be listed on our Past Results page. The auction will appear in the Past Auction page within 5 minutes of the close of the auction. You will have 10 days to pay for your product. If you do not pay for your product within 10 days or notify Bid Low 2 Buy at customercare@bidlow2buy.com within 10 days, then your product will be relisted for auction and your win will become null and void.

Bids Won in an Auction
If you win a "BL2B Bid" auction, you can expect to see the bids in your account within 15 days of winning the auction. You will be notified by email when your account has been updated with the bids. If your account is locked out for any reason, all bids (purchased, given in a promotion or won in an auction with then become null and void) "BL2B Bids" won in an auction are non refundable and may not be converted into cash. Retail values only indicate what the bid package would have sold for exclusively on the Bid Low 2 Buy website. If your account was locked out for any reason, only the bids that you used to win this auction will be credited to your account if you are eligible for a refund.

Bid Low 2 Buy Tools
There are various tools you can use on the site to gauge and monitor the location of the current lowest unique bid (LUB) at all times. There are strategic methods to winning the auction using these tools. Random bid guesses are possible, however, not likely to be successful.

SuperBids
The SuperBid™ option (cost of 7 bids) was created to help you stay on top of the LUB throughout the auction up until the final hour and it is guaranteed to make you the current lowest unique bidder until someone else knocks your bid out of play. Only regular bids (1 bid) may be placed in the final hour, as the SuperBid™ option is not available.

Bidding Range
The bidding range tool was designed to point you in the right direction when deciding what bid amount to submit. A random $2.00 range has been generated by our system to inform you that the lowest unique bid is somewhere in this $2.00 range. Our system updates the bidding range every minute.

My Bid History
The "My Bid History" is located directly under the bid box on each auction page. This tool allows you to keep track of all the bids you have placed on each auction. This tool keeps you updated on the current status of each bid by letting you know if the bid is still unique or not. It will tell you the time you placed the bid, a count of all the bids and the amounts of each bid placed. You may sort any of the columns as you wish, by time, bid status, or bid amount.

Auction Chat
The Auction Chat is both a community for BL2B members to get to know one another and it is also a live customer support feature for members with questions. Members often compare bidding strategies, encourage each other and often give each other playful jabs as to who is going to win the auction.

Let's say you just placed a bid of 0.10 cents and current lowest unique bid at this time is 6. This message is telling you that "The CURRENT lowest unique bid (6) is Lower than the bid you have just placed (0.10)".

Let's say you just bid 0.10 cents and current lowest unique bid at this time is 6, this message is telling you that "There is 1 available lowest unique bid (3) below the CURRENT lowest unique bid.(6)"

Receiving Emails
If you are having problems receiving emails, you can verify the problem on your end by checking the following.

Bid Low 2 Buy Strategies
Bid Low 2 Buy is not an auction of chance or luck. There is a real strategy to winning and outbidding the other BL2B members. If you don't believe us, check out our past results page and see all the repeat winners. They have got it all figured out, but no worries, we have a few bidding tips for you.

Past Results
Stay in tune with our past results page! The winning bids of previous auctions will give you an idea as to where recent auctions have ended up. Consider placing your bids close to the past results. Keep note that some auctions have a higher demand than others and some days have more activity than others. Study the past results page and watch for these trends.

SuperBid™
Some people use the SuperBid™ option during the days/ hours leading up to the auction which is fun because your name will be "up in lights" as the lowest unique bidder for a while, until you get knocked out. We suggest using this gem of a tool during the 2nd to last hour of the auction to help you locate the LUB. It will tell you what you need to know to keep tabs on the LUB during the final hour.

Placing Pocket Bids
A good idea is to place pockets of bids in the day(s) leading up to the auction. For example, you check the past results page and see that similar auctions have resulted in winning bids of say $2.57. Place pockets of bids of about 25 bids around this area. (2.57, 2.58, 2.59, 2.60 etc) then jump about 25 bids upward or downward. (2.99, 3.00, 3.01, 3.02, 3.03, 3.04). Then, during the final hour, keep tabs on your bid history and monitor which bids in your pockets are still unique. This will help you with your bidding strategy in the final moments of the auction. Keep in mind that auctions have maximum bid limits, so use your bids wisely.

Pending Emails

Duplicate Accounts
